WHERE CAN I USE MY MEAL MEMBERSHIP?

You can use your Meal Membership at all Chartwells locations. Enjoy a wide variety of meal and snack choices on campus. As of September 2021, the following dining outlets will be available: Tim Hortons, the Grill and our grab and go selection, On the Go.

When you pay for your purchases with your Meal Membership you save 5%*!


HOW DO I BUY A MEAL MEMBERSHIP?

Purchase your Meal Membership online or visit the Chartwells office on campus at Niagara On-the-Lake or Niagara Welland.


WHO CAN BUY A MEAL MEMBERSHIP?

Meal Memberships can be purchased by students, staff and faculty at Niagara College.


WHAT IS THE CASH MEAL MEMBERSHIP?

Load funds onto your student account with our Cash Meal Membership (formally known as the Custom Cash Plan). Minimum load amount is $100. 


WHERE DO I PICK UP MY MEAL MEMBERSHIP?

Your Meal Card can now be picked up at the cashiers station located by the Market Grill. Contact john.wade@compass-canada.com should you have any questions.


Terms & Conditions

Dine across campus at any Chartwells dining location at Niagara College and receive a 5% discount on non-branded* purchases every time you pay with Meal Membership dollars. 

All Bonus Incentives are non-transferable. All Bonus Incentives will expire at the end of April of the current academic year. You must present your Dining Plan Card and/or Bonus Incentive at the time of redemption.

Meal membership are non-refundable unless student officially withdraws from Niagara College. In the case of official withdrawal from Niagara College, the student will be required to show proof of withdrawal. Any remaining funds will be refunded less a $100 service fee.

*Non-branded purchases include any purchase made at Chartwells dining locations, excluding Bento Sushi, Subway, Pizza Pizza and Tim Hortons.
