My first taste of the Food & Beverage Industry was at Burger King on Granville Street in downtown Vancouver flipping burgers during my early high school years. And my love of food and servicing kept me in the industry for more than 30 years.
I came to the Compass Group Canada in 2019 in the Eurest Dining Sector and now to Chartwells. Before I came to Compass, I was the Restaurant Manager at Garden Terrace, Assistant Culinary Operations Manager with Holland America Cruise Line and the Food & Beverage Manager at the Empire Landmark Hotel. Times were spend at Renaissance Hotel Vancouver Harbourside, Four Seasons Hotel and 1886 Fine Dining Chinese Restaurant at Parq Casino as well to fine tune my service skills.
I am quite adventurous when it comes to food, especially the street vendors in Asia. I love my wine, red or white depending on occasions and weather, and, of course, single malt.

Her love for travelling led to her one-year experience aboard Princess Cruise Lines as an Activities Coordinator. Her most memorable experiences in hospitality have been catering movie sets for Lions Gate Films, PGA Canadian Open at Shaughnessy Golf Club, working alongside Mr. John Furlong during the Vancouver Olympics, and catering to the Aquilini’s and the Vancouver Canucks through The Arbutus and Vancouver Lawn and Tennis Clubs.
