Angela has been working at UPEI for Chartwells since 2003. She started as the catering Manager and progressed to the Food Service Director position in March of 2009. She has been working in the Food Service Industry for over 20 years.
Angela's favourite dish would be homemade pasta.
Angela comes to us with 5+ years of food and beverage service experience. She manages the cafe outlets on campus and provides marketing and operations support.

Alan comes to us with years of experience in all aspects of culinary management. His most recent post was as Sous Chef at the Confederation Centre. Alan manages the day to day kitchen operations.
Alan's favourite dish is grilled striploin with baked potato.
Marc has been working in the hospitality industry since 1989, with 15 years of that in catering. He provides professional catering planning and management for all of your event needs.
Marc's favourite dish is anything from the PEI Burger Love menu.
Dave joined Chartwells in September 2015 in the position of first cook, and was rapidly promoted to residential dining chef in November 2015. Dave has over 21 years in the food industry, most recently cooking for Health PEI. Dave spent five years working in D.N.D. in Halifax as a banquet chef, as the Chef de Partie at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. Dave has also appeared on three different Food Network shows and was production assistant several cook books.
