Executive Chef Heather McNulty
is a Red Seal Chef, a Grad from Holland College. Heather started in
the restaurant Industry and evolved for 12 years perfecting her culinary
skills and flavour with food. Chartwells was lucky to have Heather
join our team in 2013. Heather is responsible for production and the
culinary team for residential, catering and retail. When Heather is not
at work she is playing with new dog Joel, snowboarding, and enjoying a
glass of red wine with her hubby.
