I have been in the hospitality industry my entire career; from restaurants to golf clubs to hotels. However this will be my first foray into a food services operations at a college. I worked at hotels and restaurant's in Calgary, Halifax and Toronto before coming home to my beloved Prince Edward Island. I worked at  Best Western, Belvedere Golf Club, Fox Meadow Golf Club and recently as the Assistant Outlets Manager with the Delta.

I'm very excited for this new opportunity and looking forward to bringing my experience and talents to Holland College to provide all guests with an excellent food service experience.

Originally from Annapolis, NS, I moved to the island in 2007 and completed the interprovincial Red Seal Program through the province in 2009. I have worked in a variety of locations from Bed and Breakfasts and smaller restaurants to large scale buffets, giving me a diverse range of experience in the food service industry.


I’ve worked at Cedar’s Eatery, the Belvedere Golf Course, and Red Shores in Charlottetown, and the Whiskey Pub and Kitchen then Fox Meadows Gold Course in Stratford, and a couple of Bed and Breakfasts throughout the years until I started working here at Compass Group, CA.
