Mary Ellen Mcinnis
Chef Mary Ellen Mcinnis graduated with Honors from NCSS Akerley Campus in 2010 and obtained her Red Seal Chef just a year later. Mary Ellen has been interested in cooking since she was 16 and has worked in many restaurants as a young adult. Chef Mary Ellen has been with Compass Group for more than 3 years now. Mary Ellen has a vested interest in gluten free cooking since a family member has been diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2005. Chef Mary Ellen has taken some part-time courses on her own time at NSCC, they include: Chocolatier, Croissant and Danishes, Boulange and Introduction to Baking and Pastry.
