Jamie Cox is the Assistant General Manager with Chartwells at SAIT. He has 20 years of management experience in the hotel and restaurant industry working both in BC and Alberta. As the Assistant General Manager his passion is for the team to provide you with legendary customer service and a memorable dining experience. Peter Horlacher is a certified Red Seal Chef with over ten years of experience in all areas of the food industry. Peter has worked and studied all over North America. His past experience includes working with Westin Hotels, executing menu development and standards for Alberta Health Services, and designing catering programs for established airlines. Peter brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Impressions Catering team through his passion for food and excellence.
Peter's favourite meal on campus is the Spolumbos Special at Spolumbos in the Aldred Centre Food Court!
Heather is the Director of Catering Operations at SAIT and has been in the industry in many capacities for 17 years. Heather graduated with honours in Hospitality & Tourism Management in Ontario in 2001. After graduation, wanderlust set in and Heather found herself perfecting food & beverage with Starwood Hotels & Resorts at the Sheraton Grand in Edinburgh, Scotland for 2 years. Homesick, Heather returned to Canada and worked 9 years as the Banquet Manager for The Windermere Manor, a part of University of Western Ontario in London Ontario. Most recently, Heather moved to Calgary in 2012 and has enjoyed the challenges working at SAIT has provided!
Her favourite dish on Campus is Denny’s Guacamole Chicken Burrito!
Lorianne is the Manager at the Stan Grad Food Court. She has been working in the food service industry for over 20 years after graduating with a Professional Cooking diploma from SAIT. Lorianne is proud to be a SAIT alumni and enjoys coming in every morning to work with all the great staff and students at SAIT.

Antonina is the Starbucks Manager at SAIT. She has been in the food service industry for over 10 years. Starting her Starbucks career in the hotel Marriot. She has worked for Chartwells for 7 years and worked for Starbucks for 5 years. Antonina's favourite part of her job is dealing with different people and providing excellent customer service.
Michael Maier joined the Chartwells team in June 2015 as the Tim Hortons Manager at SAIT. Michael has spent nearly 10 years in the food and beverage industry dedicating a large portion of his career working with Tim Hortons. Starting as a Tim Hortons cashier, working his way up to Manager. Michael enjoys working for an amazing Canadian brand and serving the Tim Hortons customers at SAIT.
His favourite meal on Campus is a Tim Hortons Crispy Chicken Club with a Spicy Thai Soup and a Medium 2 milk, 1 sugar coffee.
